The Phillips Laboratory anticipates to release a Request For Proposal (RFP) for MLSA on or about 21 May 96. A draft RFP for MLSA will be uploaded to the STARS Bulletin Board on or about 3 May 96. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside and no others will be considered. The SIC is 8731, with size standard 1,000 employees.
