A -- AIR AND MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS SOL DAAL01-96-R-2012 DUE 060596 POC Barbara L. Minto Contracting Officer. The U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Survivability/Lethality Analysis Directorate, Electronic Warfare Division, intends to solicit for engineering and technical analysis, including operation and maintenance of systems and equipment required for the survivability/lethality analysis and field evaluation of weapons systems. The contractor shall be required to maintain an off-site facility within a 100 mile radius of the Headquarter's Area, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, for the term of the contract. The effort is to be performed on-site at WSMR, the contractor's facility, and at various sites within the United States and its territories. The proposed contract is expected to be cost reimbursement, no fee, for a period of five years. This acquisition is under Standard Industrial Code 8731. The effort is a 100% HBCU/MI set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. This synopsis is for information purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
