HQ Air Mobility Command (AMC) is soliciting information from interested sources relating to specific advisory and assistance services which may be acquired in the future from non-government sources to support command activities. Such services would fall into the categories of 1) management and professional support services and studies, 2) analyses and evaluations, and 3) engineering and technical services as discussed in FAR Part 37. HQ AMC envisions potentially needing non-government support in performing requirements analysis, systems engineering and technical analysis, development of performance work statements and other requirements documentation, source selection plans, assistance throughout the source selection process, and similar program management support activities. HQ AMC anticipates the majority of services will be required at Scott AFB, Illinois, however, support may be required at other AMC bases as well. The Government is performing a market survey to determine potential interest from vendors in providing these services at some point in the future and their corresponding capabilities in providing the broad scope of services potentially required. Consequently, interested vendors are requested to respond to this request in writing by providing a Capability Statement (limited to five pages) which includes the following information for government evaluation purposes only. A brief description of the company including business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business concern), history, and description of primary services provided to either the government or general public. Include past and present information relating to similar services provided to either government and/or commercial customers. This should include a brief description of similar services performed by reference to overall programs and/or customers over the last five years. Interested parties may provide a brief discussion of their current and projected capabilities in light of their corporate mission and how they would intend to pursue and successfully accomplish such services for AMC. Vendors may include any other information deemed relevant to the government in completing this market survey and assessment of their capabilities.
