Combinaton Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite Quantity contract to be awarded for a period of one year, the minimum guarantee of work is the firm fixed-price portion of the contract. The Government may extend the term of the contract for an additional period of one to twelve months not-to-exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $3,500,000.
