The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and transporation necessary for pest control services on railroad track areas. Application will require the use of a Hi-Rail Truck. No driving of rubber tire vehicles will be permitted on track or track bed. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The procurement is being issued as 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 7342. The small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. IFB's will be issued on/about 13 may 1996. Performance periods shall be for a period commencing 15 days after notice of award until 31 December 1996.
