It is anticipated an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity type of contract will result for a Base Year Period with the option to renew an additional 4 (1) year option periods. It is anticipated the base year will begin on or about 1 October 1996. Services to be performed consist of Grass Mowing, Maintenance of Landscaped Areas, Pesticide Application, Mulching of Landscape Areas, Cleaning Services at the Recreation Areas and Offices, Raw Sewage, Sludge Removal and Solid Waste Removal.
