McFarland (505) 678-3621 (Site Code DAAD07) The solicitation sets forth requirements for the repair and or replacement of sewer lines at WSMR, NM in accordance with drawings and specifications WS-PD-4091-96, dated May 1996. The anticipated price range is from $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 for the base year and two-one year options with a minimum guarantee of $50,000.00 during the base year. The requirement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) certified firms qualifying under the applicable SIC code. The applicable SIC code is 1623. Competition will be limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the SBA El Paso District Office and SBA Albuquerque District Office which have SIC Code 1623 among their approved SIC codes. A fixed price indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated. Exact project completion time will be specified in each individual delivery order issued. It is anticipated that the IFB will be issued on or about 07 May 96 with an estimated bid opening date of 06 Jun 96. Solicitation packages are available at no charge.
