Ficken (410) 278-2387 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for painting - furnish all trained and skilled labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to prepare surfaces, perform minor repairs, and paint interiors and exteriors of buildings and structures at family housing units located post wide at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5001. As a minimum, work shall consist of repairing holes, setting popped sheetrock nails, filling and sanding cracked drywall and plaster surfaces, and repairing spalled areas. Also, the contractor shall provide the application of sealer, primer, caulking to door and window frames, radiators, tubs, etc. Individual Delivery Orders will be issued on this Requirements Contract in accordance with Specification Number 756H-96, dated March 1996. This solicitation has a base year of one (1) year and two (2) option year periods. This solicitation will be issued using Full and Open Competition and all responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
