16 -- PRESERVATION SERVICES FOR EA-6B AIRCRAFT SOL N00019-93-G-0091 POC Contact, Elena-Margarita Dutterer, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order with Northrop/Grumman Aerospace Corporation under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-93-G-0091 for the procurement of services and materials required to perform preservation services for the EA-6B aircraft pending inducton into the rework program. Northrop/Grumman is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the EA-6B airframe, and as such is the only known source with the engineering expertise, source data, facilities and knowledge to provide the required effort.
