The purpose of this meeting is to assist potential offerors in their understanding of the government's requirements and objectives, and to help the offerors better prepare their proposals for outsourcing of the fuel accessories workload currently being performed at Kelly AFB. This forum will only cover the outsourcing of the fuel accessories workload. This meeting will familiarize the attendees with a program summary, facilities tour, and program issues. Items to be presented include Statement of Objectives, Evaluation criteria, proposal preparation instructions, technical concerns, transition, environmental issues, and Greater Kelly Development Corporation issues. THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This meeting is not intended to be a workshop, but rather a presentation by the government of what its requirements are for outsourcing this workload. Companies interested in participating in this meeting must respond to the point of contact below. Attending companies are limited to two (2) participants each and the Government reserves the right to limit the total number of participants. All attendees will attend at their own expense and should not assume that a contract will necessarily result from this effort. A nominal registration fee will be charged to all attendees at the door. You will be faxed confirmation and any updates to this schedule before conference start. Registration will begin at 7:30 A.M. on 7 May 1996. The meeting will begin promptly at 8:30 A.M. and end at 4:00 P.M. Day two will run from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
