NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center intends to issue RFQ-68518/987, on a competitive basis for an Instron 8500 Plus Instrument Controller Retrofit or Equal for an Instron 1350 Servo-hydraulic Fatigue Machine, Model #A430-26.
