Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional stage. All interested 8(a) firms are encouraged to request a copy of this IDT solicitation. This contract will utilize both Cost Reimbursable Delivery Orders and Fixed Price Delivery Orders. The IDT will be used in HTRW Remediation support for sites located within the New England Division boundaries. The principle purpose of the IDT is Remedial Action, However, it will also require short term operation and maintenance of government owned/controlled facilities. The maximum amount of the IDT will not exceed $10 million over a five (5) year period (basic one (1) year contract with four (4) one (1) year options depending on the needs of the Government. The cost of the Solicitation package will be $5.00. The estimated issue date of the IDT Request for Proposal (RFP) is o/a May 6, 1996 with a proposal due date of o/a July 22, 1996. The date, time and place of the pre-proposal conference and other pre-proposal activities will be included in the RFP documents.
