SP4400-96-R-0018 will be issued on or about 8 July 96. Approximate closing date is 12 Aug 96. This Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have an 18-month base period and two 12-month optionsperiods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet allfederal, state and local Laws ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
