The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-96-G-6338 with BAeSEMA, Ltd, Marine Division, P.O. Box 5, Filton (FPC 137), Bristol, BS12 7QW, England, U.K. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Refurbishment, Installation and Checkout (INCO) Material, Maintenance Support Materials, Repair Parts, Engineering Services, Support, and data for the Versatile Exercise Mine Systems. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). BAeSEMA is the only known company which currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment requirement to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
