R -- SINGLE FAMILY FIELD REVIEW OF APPRAISAL SERVICES SOL H05R96012900000 DUE 061896 POC Mona Collins Contract Specialist at 312/886-6405. Perform on-site Field Review of Appraisals on an as needed basis for the Cleveland Ohio HUD Office for a one year period from the date of award with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The contractor shall be a state licensed or certified appraiser. The reviews will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some review will require interior examinations of properties. The contract will cover the geographic area known as Area F, which consists of the following counties: Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana and Jefferson. Offerors must demonstrate experience with valuation principles and procedures and the capacity to perform the estimated quantity of reviews.
