Sheppard AFB has a requirement for three four and one half day lectures for ``Physician Management Seminar Series''. The Air Force intends to procure, on a sole source basis to American College of Physician. Solicitation will be issued approximately 30 Apr 96. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposed development phase of this acquisition.
