Perry and the Uss Shamal's participation in the 1996 Great Lakes Cruise. It is anticipated that pilotage services will be required to assist in the sail to and through the following locations: Ogdensburg, NY; Erie, PA; Duluth, MN; Sault Ste. Marie, MI; Muskegon, MI; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; St. Ignace, MI; Put-In-Bay, OH; Lorain, OH; Cleveland, OH; Oswego, NY; Rochester, NY; Buffalo, NY; Niagara Falls, NY; Cleveland, OH; Green Bay, WI; and Marquette, MI. Pilotage services will be required starting late June 1996. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Solicitation will be issued approximately 9 May 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Written or facsimile requests will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owner are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive a contract from any federal agency.
