Services are required for the Construction of Two Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings for the Ohio Air National Guard at Mansfield, Ohio. Work involves: base bid construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings with natural gas heating and building electrical service, consisting of earthwork, asphalt paving, and relocation and installation of utility lines (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, natural gas, and electric). Additive bid items are: (1) construction of one pre-engineered metal building with natural gas heating and building electrical service, consisting of earthwork, asphalt paving, and relocation and installation of utility lines (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, natural gas, and electric); demolition of a masonry building; and construction of a compressed gas storage building; (2) demolition of one pre-engineered metal building; and (3) demolition and removal of utility lines (sanitary sewer, natural gas, and electric). This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years. There will be a thirty-five ($35.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. Payment must be made in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order payable to the US Treasury. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 14, 1996.
