The anticipated price range is from $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 for the base year and two one-year options with a minimum guarantee of $50,000.00 during the base year. The requirement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) certified firms qualifying under the applicable SIC code. The applicable SIC code is 1799. Competition will be limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the SBA El Paso District Office and SBA Albuquerque District Office which have SIC Code 1799 among their approved SIC codes. A fixed price indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated. Exact project completion time will be specified in each individual delivery order issued.
