NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center is soliciting bids, under its Construction of Facilities program, to modify the existing Building 2 High Bay Staging Facility in Greenbelt, MD. The exisitng facility to be modified is approximately 5000 square feet. Significant mechanical and electrical work is included in this modification. The project modifies the interior by constructing a Mezzanine, accommodating laboratory operations and general office space. Included are the following additives: install a Mezzanine with concrete fill (Additive Bid Item #1), Provide and install a Vertical Conveyor (Additive Bid Item #2), Provide and install Sky Light according to drawings (Option Bid Item #3).
