Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS, VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE STATE OF OHIO, ROH93012 Sol GS05P96GAD0192, Due 061996, contact Daniel C. Makowski, 312/886-4101. Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary for the miscellaneous renovation of office space (partitioning, lighting, painting, etc.), and other mechanical, electrical and architectural work. Work ordered under this contract is to be performed in the following locations: John Weld Peck Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, Ohio; U.S. Post Office & Courthouse, 100 E. Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio; Dunbar Building, 1141 W. Central Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio; Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 200 W. Second Street, Dayton, Ohio; and the Federal Records Center, 3150 Springboro Road, Moraine, Ohio. Work shall be performed as ordered by the Contracting Officer's Representative in delivery order to be issued periodically during the building management. This is a 1 year contract for small unscheduled construction services. However, the Government will have the option of extending the period of the contract for an additional two one-year periods. Estimated construction cost for the base year is between $250,000 and $500,000. Completion time for the proposed contract is 365 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Specifications will be available on or about May 20, 1996. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on June 19, 1996, at 2:00 P.M. (local time). The proposed contract is being solicited on a total Small Business Set-Aside basis. Bids are solicited only from small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three (3) years.
