The estimated price range for the project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 for a base year and two one-year options with a minimum guarantee of $50,000.00. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The applicable SIC code is 1623. Any concern bidding on this solicitation is classified as small if its average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $7,000,000.00. A fixed price indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated. Exact project completion time will be specified in each individual delivery order.
