The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intends to negotiate with Lindgren RF Enclosure INC., 400 High Grove Blvd. Greendale Heights IL. 60139, to purchase: 1 each, Double Electrically Isolated Modular Enclosure; 2 each, 20 AMP 2 wire filter, P/N 250351, E2020-2C, and installation of the unit. The unit shall be constructed of 24 ounce copper, Model 14 Nominal exterior, size, 7'1/2''W x 10'-4 1/2''L x 8'-1 3/4''H with a notched corner 24'' x 42'', to also include one (1) 3'0''W x 7'H personnel door with non-ferrous hardware, two (2) 12'' x 12'' waveguide air vents. The enclosure is inside bolted using non-ferrous assembly hardware, subfloor covered with vinyl tile, assembly drawings and installation ground stud. The filter is rated at the following maximum voltage: 250 VAC/600 VDC, power frequency 0-60hz, frequency range 14 Khz-10 Ghz and attenuation 120 dB minimum.
