The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for one (1) each Electrochemical Capacitance-Voltage Profiling System that consists of the following: (1) Electrochemical cell for Capacitance-Voltage profiling with controlling software and GPIB interface card. The system must be able to measure carrier concentrations ranging from 1.0 E+13 up to 1.0 E+20 per cubic centimeter with a depth resolution of at least 1nm. The sample bias must range from positive or negative of at least 10 Volts and the system must allow for illumination of the sample to allow for measurment of n-type samples.
