The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake site, China Lake, CA intends to issue a Fixed Priced Labor Hour contract for professional counseling services for the Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) of Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) China Lake and Point Mugu California and the Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake and Point Mugu, California. The purpose of the counseling services is to provide early identification, intervention and development of a treatment plan for the NAWCWPNS/NAWS civilian employees having substance abuse or other emotional or personal problems which adversely impact employee's job performance or conduct. The counseling services shall consist of two distinct process, either Management Referral or Self Referral. The Request for Proposal will indicate potential offeror's should propose by lots. Lot One for NAWCWPNS/NAWS China Lake site only, Lot Two for NAWCWPNS/NAWS Point Mugu site only, and Lot Three for NAWCWPNS/NAWS China Lake Site and Point Mugu site combined.
