Thorne, 804/444-2669 The Government intends to negotiate a contract on a Sole Source basis to Hewlett Packard for software programming services. The programming language to be used is to build the routine tests and control the test equipment. All test equipment used for the testing will be equipment manufactured by Hewlett Packard and all have a standard HP-IB control interface. The requiring activity is the Naval Special Warefare Developement Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The estimated performance date is 15 june 1996. Closing date will be specified when the solicitation is issued.
