The Government requires both quick response and long term data collection and evaluation in various programmatic areas of traffic safety to performed identified Task Order requirements. The period of performance is for twelve (12) months with options for two (2) additional one-year periods. The Government reserves the right to make Multiple Awards. The Government contemplates awarding one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity task order type contracts in four programmatic areas: (1) field data collection, (2) telephone surveys, (3) crash and injury statistical analysis and (4) focus group expertise.
