The work includes construction of a single story Youth Center building of approximately 19,900 square feet. The building consists of load bearing masonry walls with an exterior insulating finish system. The roof system consists of steel trusses and open web bar joists, metal decking, rigid insulation, metal and modified bitumen roofing. Other building components consists of metal framed interior walls, hollow metal door frames, aluminum doors and storefront system, wood doors, ceramic tile, carpet and resilient flooring, synthetic gymnasium flooring, fire protection sprinkler system, mechanical and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include all utilities, including water, gas distribution, and sewer lines, electrical service, storm drainage, sidewalks, parking, landscaping, fencing and incidental related work to provide a complete and usable facility. THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED. An amended synopsis will be issued indicating Bid Opening Date. Estimated cost is $1 - $5 Million.
