Description of Work: The work will consist of the construction of a 65,461 GSF single story Health/Dental Clinic. Facility includes administration areas, examination rooms, laboratories, x-ray, physical therapy, pharmacy, patient waiting areas and a full service dental clinic. Work to include all plumbing, medical gases, alarms, HVAC, electrical and other required systems designed to make the facility complete and usable. Support facilities will include utilities, parking, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, site improvements and storm drainage. Operation and maintenance manuals will be required. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $70. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
