The work includes the rehabilitation and renovation of Building 2187 including the installation of new stairways and elevator, construction of a new entrance, renovation of toilet rooms, window and door replacement, installation of a new HVAC system, installation of a new alarm and fire protection system, plumbing system upgrades, electrical upgrades, and incidental related work. It is the government's intention that the DDC System shall be Landis & Gyr Powers. The successful construction contractor will be required to furnish the brand name DDC System in accordance with the plans and specifications.
