Construction Range is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. The work includes, but is not limited to renovation of existing dormitory rooms for two rooms to share one bathroom. The rooms interior finishes will be replaced. The work will demolish existing gang showers and provide all new plumbing. The windows will be replaced. The construction includes associated electrical wiring and fire protection and other related incidental work. Within the overall project schedule, commencement and completion of the work is in phases. Total of 600 calendar days for completion.
