Project description: Renovate approximately 176 square meters of existing paint shop and office space in order to expand the areas of the existing paint shop. Work includes, but is not limited to: (1) demolition of the existing paint booth, including removal of existing CMU partitions, paint booth, dust collector, plumbing, mechanical ductwork, mechanical equipment and lighting. (2) Provide a new larger paint booth, including addition of new areas for paint storage, paint mixing and finished work storage; CMU partitions, painting of walls and flooring, acoustical lay-in ceiling, GWB ceiling, plumbing, new mechanical equipment, new ductwork, re-routing existing ductwork, new lighting, new outlets and new electrical panels. Cost range for this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid bonds will be required and the successful bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds.
