16 -- TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE E6 MISSION COMPUTER SYSTEM POC Contact, Sherry Bonaiuto, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed price order under BOA number N00019-96-G-0115. This order will include technical support of the E6 Mission Computer System (MCS) risk-reduction test efforts to be conducted at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana. The technical support shall include trouble-shooting hardware and software problems associated with the MCS equipment being tested and with the MCS tester equipment used to control the MCS during testing, and analysis of performance anomalies occuring during test execution. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to Loral Federal Systems (Loral) Manassas, Virginia.
