SYNOPSIS# 0168-96, ---This Synopsis is to change previous procurement sent to CBD 93 Apr 96, solicitation number DAAH01-96-R-0146. ---This Invitation for Bid (IFB), DAAH01-96-B-0003 has been changed to 100% small business set-aside, Two-Step Formal Advertising procurement. ---There will be a product demonstration of Target Opposing Forces )OPFOR) Multipurpose Individual (TOMI) Targets, that is a target which replicates life-looking human figures (men, women, and children). ---The basic requirement will be for 700 units of TOMI adult and repair parts; 200 units of TOMI adult attachments and repair parts; 1,100 units TOMI child and repair parts; and 500 units of infrared (IR) kits and repair parts. --- Also, 20 options for approximately 16,150 units of TOMI adult, TOMI adult attachments, TOMI child, IR kits and repair parts for the units, which will be awarded by year five from award.
