Seeking sources to provide lightweight (less than 17 lb), low profile (2 to 4 inches thick) parachute configuration to include pack, harness and canopy. Must have quick release ejector snaps attached to leg and chest straps; fit 99% of assigned personnel without custom fitting; Frost canopy release with SEWARS or current AF water activated release system and have an automated opening device. Needed to integrate with current AF Life Support and Air Crew flight equipment including life preserver, survival vest, eye/respiratory protective system, oxygen mask, survival kit, parachute spacer kit (fanny pack), helmet, boom microphone, locator beacon and emergency oxygen bailout bottle. Must be capable of being deployed manually or automatically, worn through all phases of flight, have rate of descent of not more than 19 ft per second, opening shock not to exceed 15gs through risers and withstand opening at 185 KEAS at 18,000 ft and 150 KEAS at 14,000 ft.
