The requirements at Minneapolis-St Paul IAP ARS are for the following: Item 1, Furnish one (1) each Portable Office to be installed in Bldg 740, approximate size of 30' x 14', will consist of three rooms with three A/C and Heat Units with fire and soundproofing options. Item 2, Furnish and install one (1) ea Modular Office/Mezzanine structure to be installed in Bldg 744. Size of Modular Office/Mezzanine is approximate 12' x 39', the lower part of the structure will be used for office space while the upper level will be the mezzanine which will be used for storage. Item 3, 1 kit to include the following mezzanines: (1) one each mezzanine, Bldg 802, approximate size 29'-6'' x 8'-0''; (1) one each mezzanine, eastside of Bldg 821, size 20'-6'' x 12'-6''; and (1) one each mezzanine, southeast side of Bldg 821, size 17'-6'' x 17'-9''.
