Bower (301) 975-6336 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), intends to negotiate with Conductus,10623 Roselle Street, San Diego, CA 92121, on a sole source basis to acquire eight (8) each Low Temperature Controllers, Model LTC-10G/av, L0120 with eight (8) each rack mounting L0-800 hardware. The temperature controllers shall be identical to the same proprietary design current installed at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos NM. These controllers in this configuration were developed especially for the control of this type blackbody source. The temperature controllers shall be used to control the new blackbody source presently being constructed at NIST. These controllers shall have a one year warranty. Delivery is FOB Gaithersburg MD within 8 weeks after contract award. See Note Number 22 (0115)
