Design and manufacture a high speed 1.54:1 relay lens, needed to interface a streak camera with a fiber optic faceplate to a CCD image capture system. The relay lens must operate between a P20 phosphor (approximately 509nm - 654nm) and a CCD silicon imaging detector. Transmission of the lens must be maximized at greater than 80%.
