Materials will include but are not limited to acetylene, chlorine, ammonia, calibrating gas, and miscellaneous unknowns with respect to gases and MEKP, diethyl ether, sodium, potassium and other miscellaneous unstable or reactive chemicals. Contractor must be able to respond within one hour of notification. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Written or facsimile requests will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owner are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive a contract from any federal agency.
