This is a total Buy-Indian Set Aside for economic enterprises that are 51% Indian owned and controlled firms. ``Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 460E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska native economic enterprises.
