Upgrade and improve existing range data analysis system from a projectile only system to one capable of reducing data for launch dynamics, modern maneuvering smart munitions and complete non-axisymmetric flight configurations. The period of performance is five (5) years. The anticipated award date is 073196. This proposed action is for services for which the Government does not own specifications to permit full and open competition; however, it is restricted to approved source, Arrow Tech, Inc., located in South Burlington, VT. Market research has demonstrated that Arrow Tech, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting the Government's need. Firms that recognize and can perform the required service described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notice requesting a copy of the solicitation to the Contracting Officer. The final determination to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
