The following changes are made. (1) The solicitation number is corrected to read DMA100-96-R-5082. (2) The release of the solicitation will be delayed from May 16,1996 to on or about June 7, 1996. (3) Portable copying equipment is permitted for duplicating documents in the document library. Copies of the GRD and SOW will be provided by the Government. (4) All interested parties now have another opportunity to submit their comments to the GGI&S Requirements Document (GRD) and the Statement of Work (SOW) and respond to the following questions: Q1 Are there significant gaps or omissions in the documents? Q2 Does the new approach provide an effective streamlining of the process? Q3 Are there specfic cost drivers and why? 5.
