Draft RFP Clause No.H.15. is revised as follows: EXCLUSION FROM COMPETING-Unless otherwise determined by the Contracting Officer, the contractor shall be prohibited from participating in competition as a prime contractor for the furnishing of any items and/or services, which may be procured under the Technical and Management Support (TMS) Contract(s) resulting from RFP TQF-TB-96-0003 or the Telecommunications Support Contract Two (TSC2) GS00K96AHD0001.
