(GSI) for the de-installation and removal of the STARS photogrammetry system currently located at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, provide upgrade of the STARS system to a V-STARS/E2 system, deliver to and install at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and provide system training on-site at NNSY.
