The Library of Congress, National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH) has a requirement to provide on an as-needed basis, editorial services. NLS/BPH publishes a variety of magazines, bibliographies, catalogs and similar material. An editorial schedule is developed for each item. Work is varied; jobs may involve proofreading as well as indexing and copy-editing.
