Maintenance of military family housing maintenance at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Contractor to furnish all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance on approximately 1371 housing units to include services to the trailer park area and common areas. Applicable SIC for this requirement is 1799 and the small business size standard is $7 million average receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. Solicitation will be issued on or about 10 May 1996 with a closing date for receipt of offers of on or about 10 June 1996. Award will be made to the responsible and responsive offeror submitting the technically acceptable low offer. Proposed contract is for a fixed-price requirements contract with an award fee. Proposed contract period is 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 plus four one-year option periods.
