The Contractor would arrange for and provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide USDA supervised quarantine fumigation services for personal property shipments at the 1301st Major Port Command, Bayonne, New Jersey to prevent the introduction of the Asian Gypsy Moth into the Continental United States. The Contractor must be USDA, APHIS, PPQ CERTIFIED; State licensed in Category 7C Operations, and have a minimum of two (2) certified applicators, possessing a Control Applicators Registration Business Number.
