Total annual estimated air ticket sales of $55 million for all three agencies. This is an all or none procurement which will result in the award of one contract. A minimum rebate for each Entity is required. Requirements include two on-site travel management centers in Washington, DC on Government property, with a concession Fee on the space required; an off-sitecentralized reservation Center to be located in Rosslyn, Virginia, to be leased, operated and maintained by the contractor; operating Personnel may be subject to security clearances at the Government'S expense; shall administer, control, reconcile, and disburse travelers' checks; and provide electronic managementreports. The Solicitation will be issued on or about may 16, 1996, and will Close on or about June 17, 1996. The anticipated start-up date of the contract is November 2, 1996.
