Contractor would furnish facilities, labor, supplies, equipment and materials, to handle Department of Defense sponsored cargo for the 1301st Major Port Command, Bayonne, New Jersey. Contractor would perform the following operations: loading and unloading railcars, trucks and containers; receiving, clerking, checking, documenting, transferring, warehousing, segregating, marking, labeling, processing, blocking, bracing, lashing and securing vehicles associated with export and import cargo operations.
