Construct three suspended metal awnings as follows: One (1) at loading docks and One (1) at north loading dock and one (1) at the personal doors at the north elevation where shown on drawings. (B). Construct new, covered main entrance to building with aluminum storefront door(s). Repair (NKAK 91-1007 ''B'') (A). Repair masonry fire walls and end walls. (B). Replace Steel Rolling Fire Doors. (C). Refurbish eight (3) existing latrines, including new lay-in ceilings, and room finishes, plumbing fixtures, privacy partitions, and toilet accessories. (D). Replace wood doors and metal doors. (E). Replace the building's peripheral rain gutter systems. (F). Re-balance HVAC air distribution air flows and replace all existing pneumatic controls. (G). Correct present routing of Ray-Vac over recently renovated offices. (H). Install new TRANE SUMMIT control system and connected to the existing Base EMCS fiber optic panel located in the facility. (I). Replace interior and exterior light fixtures.--The estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.--The performance period will be 270 days.--This project is being issued on an unrestricted basis.--This office proposes to issue IFB F03602-96-B0007 on or about 28 May 96.--Only written requests for solicitation package bid will be accepted.
